In February 2024, EARTHBRAIN set an ambitious goal: to bring website development in-house and launch a new service website for its flagship product, the Smart Construction Platform. This decision was driven by the high costs and low satisfaction associated with using traditional external web agencies. The marketing team wanted to create appealing, yet easily manageable and scalable, product pages. This led them to choose Webflow as the platform for the project.

Webflow Training Program

With Webflow selected for the new website, the team sought to acquire the necessary skills. Based on a recommendation, they partnered with us for training and support.

Through a 6-month Supasaito Academy plan, combining on-demand mentoring with structured video lessons, the team quickly gained autonomy. Beyond Webflow, Supasaito also helped integrate Notion, Make, and Mailchimp into Earthbrain’s workflows, turning the website into the center of a broader digital ecosystem.

Smart Construction – From PDFs to Digital Landing Pages

Smart Construction solutions had long been introduced only through static PDFs. Facing a major event, EARTHBRAIN needed a modern digital presence accessible via QR codes on brochures. Time was short so they decided to use our help to quickly build the pages.

In just 6 weeks, Supasaito launched 10 landing pages, working in an agile, collaborative way that included implementing feedback live during client calls.

Within a year, the client's internal team created 20+ additional pages internally. Replicating that scope externally would have cost over ¥20M, a powerful proof of both savings and autonomy.

The impact was transformative: leadership began to view the website as a strategic sales and marketing tool, not just a formality.

LANDLOG – From WordPress to Webflow

The successful launch of the Smart Construction website proved the value of both the Webflow platform and Supasaito's support, paving the way for wider adoption across the company.

The LANDLOG site was functional but costly: in just five months, EARTHBRAIN spent nearly ¥2.5M on minor WordPress updates. Vendor lock-in had become unsustainable.

Supasaito rebuilt the site 1:1 in Webflow, migrating around 100 CMS articles with a mix of automation and manual transfer. DNS support ensured a smooth launch. The result: updates became instant, costs dropped to zero, and the client’s team finally gained independence.

Corporate Website – Consolidation & Localization

The corporate site, EARTHBRAIN’s public face, was also migrated from WordPress to Webflow. Supasaito rebuilt the site directly from the live version, implemented bilingual localization (JP/EN) with layout variations, and migrated the full news archive via scraping.

Previously, maintaining the WordPress site had cost EARTHBRAIN over ¥7M in just 16 months. With Webflow, those costs disappeared, updates became faster, and all websites were consolidated on a single platform. Supasaito later extended value with Make automations, connecting Webflow form submissions to Notion for streamlined marketing workflows.
