Supasaito Agents is a platform for building and running autonomous AI agents. Think of them as 24/7 virtual team members capable of reasoning and using software to execute tasks.

What are Supasaito Agents?

It is the infrastructure for creating your AI workforce. Agents can run in the background, be triggered by applications, or be called upon manually. Equipped with system instructions, software access, and a knowledge base, they are ready to do real work.

Unlike traditional automations that follow rigid, pre-built scenarios, agents use reasoning. They leverage available tools to navigate variables and uncertainty to achieve their goals. Our platform provides everything you need to build and deploy these autonomous agents—no coding or API knowledge required.

Here are the core features you can use:

  • Instructions Setup: Define your agent's role, goals, and typical workflows using simple text. You can clearly outline the expected outcomes and the specific nuances of the job.
  • Tool Connections: Give agents access to the software they need to execute actions (Slack, Gmail, Notion, etc.). You can even connect agents to other agents. This opens the door to powerful multi-agent systems, where specialized agents handle specific scopes of work for higher-quality output.
  • Triggers: Set exactly how and when your agents start working. Our platform supports three types of triggers which can be used together:
    • Webhooks: Instant notifications from other apps. When a webhook is received, the agent immediately wakes up and processes the incoming data.
    • Schedules: Set regular intervals (e.g., "every hour" or "every day"). This is perfect for routinely checking systems for updates or changes.
    • Scheduled Tasks: One-off tasks set for a specific date and time with a descriptive prompt (e.g., "Check lead status of Acme Inc. on Tuesday at 16:00"). Agents can even schedule new tasks for themselves, ensuring continuous operation without human micromanagement.
  • Knowledge: A searchable database of files, links, and media that gives your agent the context it needs to execute tasks. This acts as the agent's memory for your specific business, housing essential materials like product descriptions, ideal customer profiles, industry data, and case studies so they can make informed decisions.
  • Deployment: Publish your agent instantly so it can start executing real tasks. There is no need to manage servers, domains, or complex hosting—our infrastructure handles everything behind the scenes. You can deploy your agent with a single click.
  • Chat Assistant: A built-in AI assistant that helps you build and refine your agents. Just ask it to draft instructions, configure triggers, or connect tools, and it will automatically apply the changes directly on your settings screen for you to review and save.

These features empower non-technical professionals—like sales, marketing, and customer support teams—to build the AI agents they need most without writing a single line of code.

What Can Agents Do?

Agents excel at routine tasks that require reasoning but eat up too much human time. They can even handle high-value tasks that your team typically wouldn't have the bandwidth to do.

For example, imagine a new person subscribes to your newsletter. A webhook triggers the agent, and it instantly goes to work:

  • Searches the email in your CRM.
  • Identifies their position in your sales pipeline.
  • Researches the person and their company online.
  • Reviews past communication history.
  • Writes and sends a personalized email thanking them and inviting them to a quick chat.
  • Logs the interaction in your CRM.
  • Schedules a task to check for a response and follow up.

Normally, new subscribers just get generic, pre-built email sequences because personalized, research-backed outreach takes too much manual effort. An AI agent does this in seconds at a fraction of the cost, unlocking entirely new ways to approach leads.

This is just one example. We are excited to see the creative ways you will use the platform to transform your own workflows.

How to create agents?

Setting up an agent takes just three simple steps:

  1. Define your agent: Give it a name, a description, and write plain-text instructions in any language.
  2. Set triggers: Choose exactly when and how your agent wakes up to work.
  3. Connect tools: Grant access to the external software the agent needs to execute its tasks.

You can breeze through this entire process using our built-in Setup Assistant. Once configured, use Test Mode to watch the agent perform actions and verify its output. When you are happy with the results, simply click Deploy to take your agent live.
