On August 22, Supasaito held a talk session titled "Streamlining Business Operations with No-Code and AI" at Venture Café Tokyo. This event was part of the GE Session under Venture Café Tokyo’s Community Campus, with Supasaito CEO, Igor Voroshilov, as the featured speaker. Let’s take a look at the session’s highlights and event atmosphere.
When is No-Code and AI needed for business efficiency?
The session introduced several cases where No-Code and AI tools are essential for streamlining operations. Examples discussed during the event included using tools such as MAKE, Stripe, ChatGPT, Slack, and Notion.
- Distinguishing Sales Emails from Project Inquiries: One common issue is wasting time sorting through emails received via the company’s contact page. Important project inquiries can get mixed in with sales pitches and spam, leading to potential missed opportunities. In this case, you can automate the process of identifying whether an email is a project inquiry or a sales message by using a system built with AI and No-Code tools, saving time and effort.
- Business Card Scanning: Another example is the time-consuming task of manually updating your internal database after exchanging numerous business cards at networking events. By integrating Slack and Notion, you can build a system where simply uploading a photo of a business card to a Slack channel automatically inputs the data into your database and organizes it.
In cases like these, creating custom tools with No-Code significantly reduces time and costs, enhancing overall business efficiency.
Q&A Highlights
During the Q&A session, participants eagerly asked questions about developing a customer management system for stores, handling errors in custom-built tools, and ensuring data accuracy, showing an enthusiastic response to the discussion.
Reflections on the Event
We were thrilled to have a great turnout for this event. Seeing the participants’ positive reactions in person assured us that they found these solutions valuable. We were also pleased to welcome attendees from a wide range of ages, including middle school students, which speaks to the broad appeal of the topic. We look forward to hosting similar events in the future.
